North Texas Medical Center Foundation Halloween Hustle
24th Annual Halloween Hustle Cancelled
The North Texas Medical Center Foundation, Inc. has made the difficult decision to cancel its annual Halloween Hustle due to the ongoing pandemic. Based on current public health information and state and local guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Halloween Hustle scheduled for Saturday, October 31 cannot move forward as planned.
The decision was made with the support of the North Texas Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors. The safety of participants, spectators, volunteers and the community at large is a top priority.
The Halloween Hustle is a 5K Run/Walk and 10K Race held on a USATF Certified Course. The race features digital timing with results posted immediately following the race. The race is held annually on the Saturday on or before Halloween. It is the largest fundraiser the NTMC Foundation hosts each year.
The 23rd Hustle 5K Walk/Run and 10K Race was held Saturday, October 26th, 2019.
All proceeds from the race go to benefit the North Texas Medical Center Foundation, Inc. Funds raised benefit the North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville, Texas and go toward purchasing new equipment for the hospital.
